For Immediate Release Star Trek: Lexington has previously announced that they have open positions. Due to popular demand, the listing of the open positions are as follows: Technical Crew:
Anniston / Birmingham area (must be within 150 miles or be able to come on-site for filming) - Make-up Artist (1 position open)
- Assistant Director (2 positions open)
- Continuity Person (1 position open)
- Director of Cinematography (1 position open)
- Camera Operator (4 positions open)
- FX Coordinator (1 position open)
- Unit Production Manager (1 position open)
National / International - Visual Effects Director (1 position open)
- CGI Animators (4 positions open)
- CGI Modeler (4 positions open)

Captain Alexander McKnight Male. Captain of the Lexington. Caucasian. Age: mid-20's to late 30's. Height 5’6 to 6’4. American accent.
Commander Angelica McKnight Female. Communications officer. Wife to Captain McKnight. Caucasian. Age: mid 20's to mid 30's. Height- 5’2 to 6’0. British accent (Central England or London).
Lieutenant Commander Jason Lee Male. Helmsman. Just out of the Academy. On his first duty station. Caucasian. Age-mid to late 20's. Height 5’6 to 6’0. Welsh accent (Mid to South Welsh).
Lieutenant Commander Dawn Mathias
Female. Ship’s doctor. Not much space experience. Second duty station. Caucasian. Age- mid to late 20's. Australian accent
Lieutenant Commander Saavik Female. Ship’s science officer. See Star Trek III & IV for character reference. Caucasian. Age: early to late 20's.
Lieutenant Valentina Chekovitch Female. Ship’s navigator. Also on her first duty station. early to late 20's. Caucasian. Russian accent (Moscow / St. Petersburg)
Ensign David Merik Male. Backup replacement communications officer. Recently demoted from Lt. Commander. Age: late 20's to late 30's. Any nationality. Any accent.
Commander Brieanna Smith Female. Assistant chief engineer. Very experienced officer. Age: mid-20's to late 30's. Caucasian. Southern accent (Alabama preferred)
Acting staff
Rear Admiral Montgomery McKnight Male. Voice over part only. Starbase commander. Late 30’s to late 40’s. Midwest accent.
National / International
Auditions will be announced soon, but has been confirmed that at least one session will be held in Anniston, Alabama. Lexington’s two-part pilot episode, "All in the Appearances", is tentatively scheduled to film in the Anniston / Birmingham, Alabama area sometime in mid to late March, 2007 with a possible release date on the Lexington website & YouTube.com sometime in Summer 2007.
